Received the wrong item or a damaged product?
If you have received an incorrect item or a damaged product, please contact us at maple&co.info@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery.
Our customer care team will gladly assist you in resolving the issue as quickly as possible.
Not completely satisfied with your order?
We want you to love your purchase. If you are not satisfied, you may return your order within 14 days of receipt, provided that all items are in their original, unused, and resalable condition.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will issue a full refund, excluding the cost of return shipping.
Please note: items that appear used, opened, washed, or not in their original packaging cannot be refunded or exchanged.

All return requests must be approved in advance — unapproved returns may not be processed.
How to Return an Item – Easy in Three Steps
Step 1: Request a return authorization via our [Contact Form] or by emailing maple&co.info@gmail.com
Include your order number, email address, and reason for return.
Step 2: Once approved, send your items to the return address provided in our reply.
Make sure to include a tracking number — as the sender, you are responsible for the return shipment.
Step 3: Once we receive and inspect your return, your refund will be processed within five (5) business days.
Refunds are issued to the original payment method used at checkout.
